Common questions
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app downloads the whole festival guide to your phone. Set times, artists, search, favourites and reminders all work with no signal. The first download needs a connection. Some images load on demand, so a few pictures can be missing offline.
Why does the app show old set times?
The app checks for new content when you open it, return to it, pull to refresh, or tap a push notification. If you are offline, you see the last copy you downloaded. Pull to refresh when you have signal.
How do notifications and reminders work?
Set reminders are local to your phone and work offline. Announcements come as push notifications from the festival team. You can turn all set reminders off in the app menu, or turn off notifications in your phone settings.
Why did a favourite I set offline not sync?
Changes you make offline wait on your phone. They send the next time you open the app, return to it, or pull to refresh with signal. If a change still does not show, tell us and include your ticket email.
How do I delete my data?
Email us from your ticket email address and ask us to delete your account. We are still building a fully automated deletion process, so a person handles each request. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and for how long.
I am festival staff. How do I get access to Atlas?
Atlas accounts are invited by your festival organiser, not created by you. Ask your organiser to send you an invitation. If your invitation email has not arrived, look in your spam folder, then contact support.
